2. Information we process
Information you include in an enquiry: your name, chosen contact details, an optional company name, basic information about a vehicle, property or project, and any photographs or documents you choose to attach. To protect our forms, we also process technical information needed to limit spam.
For an initial conversation, we do not need national identification numbers, copies of identity documents or sensitive personal information. Please avoid attaching third-party data that is not needed to handle your enquiry.
3. Why we need your data
To handle your enquiry, communicate with you and, where appropriate, discuss cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; where applicable, our legitimate interest in business communication and website security under Article 6(1)(f).
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising messages. We do not sell your information or use it for automated decision-making about you.
4. Retention and recipients
We retain enquiries for the time needed to respond and for subsequent communication, generally no longer than 12 months if no cooperation is agreed. Where a contractual relationship follows, retention depends on the purpose of the cooperation and legal obligations.
Your data may be processed by providers of website infrastructure, hosting and email services. The specific recipients depend on the hosting, storage and email service used. 6. Cookies and external services
This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. The operating platform may use essential technical measures for security and sign-in. WhatsApp, Instagram and maps are opened only when you click an external link; their further processing is governed by the relevant provider's policies.
